Nice place to visit in Arbroath. Room with fantastic private garden, the bedroom, the sofa bed. The marvellous and excellent location. Nice surrounding, next to the garden beyond a reasonable time, and shops, smokies, and the harbour.

Comfortable room with a good-sized sofa bed. The bathroom had a nice, strong shower, a hair dryer, and big bath towels available. 🛁
